NEON Founder
Educator & Creative Stylist
An educator for over 20 years Victoria launched NEON in 2016, initially as a training school which then evolved into the creative space we have today.
Victoria can be mainly found educating in our school but, as a firm believer in practicing what you preach, can also be found looking after clients In the salon.
Specialities include ultra complicated colour corrections or precision cuts. The more technical the better!

Joana is also queen of the blow out & beach wave, a perfect summer combination.
Joining us in 2016, Joana has worked her way up to an advanced level and has built a very busy clientele.

Hello, I am Bernd.
In the Channel Islands I am also known as Ben.
Living and working around the world (including Guernsey and Jersey) has been a true gift. A gift that keeps on giving until today when creating great hair.
I am very fortunate to have enjoyed extensive training and have years of experience in both colouring and cutting hair.
I specialised in cutting first and then in colour when I moved from Germany to London in 1997. Hence I can focus on creating bespoke hair for my fabulous clients in the beautiful inspiring environment that is Stā Studios in London.
I fell in love with Jersey when I first came over to teach about 25 years ago. I then lived and worked here for a few years.
Since the beginning of 2024 I have been back regularly to look after my loyal clientele at groundbreaking NEON. My main goal is to work with my client’s individuality and personal style. That means I love ALL hair textures; I will encourage and assist you to fully embrace your natural texture and colour.
I exclusively use earth friendly sustainable products and hair colour by OWAY. I charge for my time rather than separate services. This also means my pricing is gender neutral.
