Victoria_School Director
A love for the hairdressing industry, and in turn education, brought the launch of NEON in 2016. Victoria runs our training school and if she isn't teaching she can be found looking after her clients in the salon.
Leanne - Salon Director
Joining us this year Leanne has recently taken on the role of Salon Director. Calm, logical and organised we don’t know how we managed without her! If Leanne isn’t working on a spreadsheet she can be found looking after her loyal clients in the salon.
Joana_Advanced Stylist
A key member of our NEON team, Joana has been with us since we launched, completing both her beginner and advanced training in our school and now stomping her way up our career ladder.
Offering fantastic customer service precision cutting and perfect balayage, its easy to see why our clients love her.
Sarah_Graduate Stylist
Sarah has worked in the Beauty industry for some time and has recently completed her hairdressing training, building a loyal clientele Sarah is definitely one to watch!

Do you offer free consultations?
We do indeed and if you are new to us or wanting to make a change we would love to have a chat beforehand. You can pop in or we can arrange a video call.
What about skin testing?
Please be advised that all our colour clients must have a patch test at least 48 hours before their service. No need to book this, please pop in anytime.
Do you reward loyalty?
We definitely do! For every £1 you spend in the salon we give you 1 point. For every 200 points collected we give you £10 of your next service. T&Cs apply.
Re-booking?
We hope you had a great experience with us but please be advised that our team get booked up quickly. In order to secure any future appointments we encourage re-booking.
Our School
The success of our training school speaks for itself and we are the Channel Islands only independent, accredited, training provider. We have worked hard over the past 5 years to offer an excellent learning experience, shortlisting for best training provider at The British Hairdressing Business Awards two years running.
Our courses are taught by leading industry professionals and we work closely with industry partners to offer a tailored approach to apprentice learning.
We are in the process of reviewing and improving our course offering and will also be updating our short course prospectus.

Hairdressing NVQ Level 2 | Next Intake September 2024 |
This course is for the complete beginner. We offer this as an apprenticeship course. You will gain experience working in a local salon, joining us one day a week for training & assessment.

Our beginner course but fast! This is for the seriously committed. We train you from beginner to Graduate Stylist in 6 months.

On completion of this course you will have developed your advanced creative hairdressing skills. You will be inspired and ready to advance your career.
Diploma in Salon Management Level 4 | Dates to be confirmed |
This qualification will enable you to seek employment as a hair and beauty salon manager. Prior experience in salon management will be helpful but isn’t essential. This course will be taught by current Salon owners with guest lecturers delivering on specific modules.
